Yorkmont Farm is a small Dairy farm in Hampton NY on the NY/VT border owned and operated by the Perry Family since 1950. In 2023 we added a Farm Store to sell our own beef and creamline milk as well as other local products, maple syrup, honey, eggs and seasonal items.  As well as some local made and very unique gifts. Our goal is to provide our neighbors fresh, safe, local products at a
reasonable price.
We are honored to have been added to this year’s County Bounty Tour and are planning to offer all our regular store items as well as a hayride on our beautiful farm and the Scarlotta’s Ice Cream Truck.  Fall is our favorite time of the year, we can not wait to invite tour goers over to see all that we have to offer.
