Gardenworks is a picturesque family farm in the Black Creek Valley of Washington County open to the community for enjoying the bounty of the land through pick your own cut flowers, berries and vegetables from cherry tomatoes to sweet potatoes and everything in between.  We also host a lovely gift barn championing the talents of the County’s best artisans and surrounding farms’ specialty foods, connecting you to the best way to ‘shop local.’  A summer and fall weekend Cafe round out the experience along with frequent workshops to learn how to ‘do it yourself’ working with fresh and dried flowers, making centerpieces, wreaths, flower crowns and more.  As the fourth generation begins to take on more responsibility a new focus is emerging at the intersection of Health + Agriculture with opportunities created for the community to experience the Six Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, exercise, quality sleep, stress reduction, social and emotional connection and the avoidance of risky substances.  You will find a monthly Community Plant Powered Potluck the last Saturday of every month, and, as the flower fields bloom to abundance, evening date nights in the cut flower fields. Come, taste and see!
